  • The first time you use the oven, heat the empty oven with its door closed at its maximum temperature for at least half an hour.
  • Ensure the room is well ventilated before switching the oven off and opening the oven door.
  • The appliance may emit a slightly unpleasant odour caused by protective substances used during the manufacturing process.
  • Ovens should be turned on at least 20-30 minutes every month to expel moisture from the heating elements, even though it is not regularly used.
  • To clean the external surface of the oven, always use a general kitchen cleaning solution or the Kuchentechnik-Multipurpose cleaner* on a clean cloth and subsequently with a moist cloth. Wipe dry immediately.
  • Avoid using wet cloth to prevent water stain on the surface.
  • It is recommended to clean the oven’s cavity after every use.
  • Let the oven cool before cleaning the oven’s cavity. To clean the oven’s cavity (internal surface), apply the Clean Oven* cleaning agent onto the stain/food residue, leave it for 1-2minutes.
  • Then use a clean cloth to wipe the residue away.
